INGREDIENTS:
- Daal Mash- 100 gm
- Daal Moong- 100 gm
- Green chilies- 6
- Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Onion- 1 (chopped)
- Coriander- ½ cup
- Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
- Wash mash and moong daal. And soak in water for 2
hours.
- Then drain water from it and grind by adding green
chilies and 100 ml water.
- Now take its paste in a bowl and add salt, garlic-
ginger paste, chopped onion and coriander.
- Mix it well with hands.
- Now keep a pan on stove and pour oil for deep
frying.
- Set high flame until oil heats up, then set medium
flame.
- Now take a teaspoon of paste and drop in oil and fry
until it turns golden brown.
- Then take it from oil.
- Maash Moong Bhajiye are now ready.
- Enjoy serving and eating.
INGREDIENTS:
- Dates- one fist
- Water- for soaking dates (approx. 100 ml)
- Milk- 250 ml
METHOD:
- Remove seeds from dates and soak in water for 2-4
hours.
- Then grind the soaked dates along with the water. (Do
not drain water used for soaking)
- Now add milk to it and blend.
- Dates milkshake is ready.
- Serve chilled.
- It not only tastes good, but is also good for
health.
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms: 400 gm
- Oil- 50gm
- Zeera- 1 tsp
- Garlic ginger paste- ½
tsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼
tsp
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Black peper powder- ¼
tsp
- Dried red chili- 3 (cut into pieces)
- Coriander- 1 cup
Method:
- Wash mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Keep a pan on stove and pour oil.
- Add zeera and fry until it turns golden. Put off the flame let oil cool down.
- Now put on the flame and add garlic ginger paste until it turns golden.
- Then add turmeric powder, mushrooms, salt and mix.
- Now add dried red chili.
- Set medium flame and cook until water dries.
- Then add black pepper powder and coriander.
- Fry this well.
- Put off the flame.
- Fried Mushrooms are ready.
- You may serve it as a snack or with chapatti.
