INGREDIENTS:
- Dates- one fist
- Water- for soaking dates (approx. 100 ml)
- Milk- 250 ml
METHOD:
- Remove seeds from dates and soak in water for 2-4 hours.
- Then grind the soaked dates along with the water. (Do not drain water used for soaking)
- Now add milk to it and blend.
- Dates milkshake is ready.
- Serve chilled.
- It not only tastes good, but is also good for health.
