Fried Chicken With Black Pepper




Ingredients:
1.     Chicken leg pieces- 6
2.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
3.     Salt- 1 tsp (or as required)
4.     Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
5.     Garlic ginger paste- 2 tsp
6.     Lemon – ½
7.     Cheese spread- 2 tsp
8.     Corn flour- 2 tsp
9.     Oil for frying.
Method:
  • Marinate chicken by adding turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice and cheese spread for minimum 2 hours and maximum 15 hours. (if kept for 5 hrs or less, refrigeration is not required. )
  • After marinating mix corn flour to chicken pieces.
  • Now deep fry chicken till it turns golden.
  • Delicious chicken is ready. Serve with Butter Chutney.
