INGREDIENTS:

Fresh
Pineapple juice- 500 ml

Sugar-
100 gm

Wheat
flour – 100 gm
4.
Baking
powder- ¼ tsp

Eggs-
2

Butter-
50 gm
FOR GARNISHING:
1.
Pineapple
pieces -1 cup
2.
Sugar-
50 gm
3.
Creme-
200 gm
METHOD:
·
Add
sugar to pineapple juice and boil till sugar dissolves. Keep this aside.
·
Now
blend eggs and 2 tbs sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and butter and blend.
·
Now
apply butter on non stick pan and pour the blended mix.
·
Cover
the lid and put on stove. Keep on high flame for 1 min then on lowest flame for
10 mins.
·
Then
remove lid and make cake upside down with the help of wooden spoon. Again keep
on lowest flame for 10 mins.
·
Now
put off the stove and pour the hot pineapple syrup on the cake.
·
Cut
the cake so that the cake absorbs the syrup.
·
Leave
it to cool, when it reaches room temperature,
·
Take
creme in a bowl and add sugar, pine apple pieces and mix, pour this on cake and
refrigerate it.
·
Serve
cool.
