INGREDIENTS:

orange juice- 500 ml

Sugar-
100 gm

Butter-
50 gm

Wheat
flour – 100 gm

Baking
powder- ¼ tsp

METHOD:
- Add sugar to orange juice and boil till sugar dissolves. Keep this aside.
- Now blend eggs and 2 tbs sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and butter and blend.
- Now apply butter on non stick pan and pour the blended mix.
- Cover the lid and put on stove. Keep on high flame for 1 min then on lowest flame for 10 mins.
- Then remove lid and make cake upside down with the help of wooden spoon. Again keep on lowest flame for 10 mins.
- Now put off the stove and pour the hot orange syrup on the cake.
- Cut the cake so that the cake absorbs the syrup.
- Leave it to cool, when it reaches room temperature, refrigerate it.
- Serve it cool.
