Ingredients:

Milk- 1 liter
2.
Almond – 50 gm
3.
Flour- 2 tsp
4.
Sugar- 50 gm (to taste)
5.
Ghee or olive oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Grind almonds to get its powder.
- Keep a vessel on stove and pour ghee or olive oil, then add almond powder and flour.
- Fry this on medium flame till it turns light golden.
- Now add milk and sugar and bring it to boil then set to lowest flame for 5 mins.
- Put off the stove.
- Serve hot specially in winter season.
