Almond Milkshake



Ingredients:
1.     Milk- 1 liter
2.     Almond – 50 gm
3.     Flour- 2 tsp
4.     Sugar- 50 gm (to taste)
5.     Ghee or olive oil- 50 gm
Method:
  • Grind almonds to get its powder.
  • Keep a vessel on stove and pour ghee or olive oil, then add almond powder and flour.
  • Fry this on medium flame till it turns light golden.
  • Now add milk and sugar and bring it to boil then set to lowest flame for 5 mins.
  • Put off the stove.
  • Serve hot specially in winter season.




Cake With Pineapple Flavour


INGREDIENTS:

1.     Fresh Pineapple juice- 500 ml
2.     Sugar- 100 gm
3.     Wheat flour – 100 gm
4.     Baking powder- ¼  tsp
5.     Eggs- 2
6.     Butter- 50 gm

FOR GARNISHING:

1.     Pineapple pieces -1 cup
2.     Sugar- 50 gm
3.     Creme- 200 gm

METHOD:

·        Add sugar to pineapple juice and boil till sugar dissolves. Keep this aside.
·        Now blend eggs and 2 tbs sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and butter and blend.
·        Now apply butter on non stick pan and pour the blended mix.
·        Cover the lid and put on stove. Keep on high flame for 1 min then on lowest flame for 10 mins.
·        Then remove lid and make cake upside down with the help of wooden spoon. Again keep on lowest flame for 10 mins.
·        Now put off the stove and pour the hot pineapple syrup on the cake.
·        Cut the cake so that the cake absorbs the syrup.
·        Leave it to cool, when it reaches room temperature,
·        Take creme in a bowl and add sugar, pine apple pieces and mix, pour this on cake and refrigerate it.
·        Serve cool.






Cake With Orange Flavour

INGREDIENTS:

1.     Fresh orange juice- 500 ml
2.     Sugar- 100 gm
3.     Butter- 50 gm
4.     Wheat flour – 100 gm 
5.     Baking powder- ¼ tsp
6.     Eggs- 2

METHOD:

  • Add sugar to orange juice and boil till sugar dissolves. Keep this aside.
  • Now blend eggs and 2 tbs sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and butter and blend.
  • Now apply butter on non stick pan and pour the blended mix.
  • Cover the lid and put on stove. Keep on high flame for 1 min then on lowest flame for 10 mins.
