Kababs



Ingredients:
1.     Mutton Kheema- 500 gm
2.     Onion- 1
3.     Tomato- 1
4.     Red chili powder- ½ tsp
5.     Black pepper powder-- ½ tsp
6.     Salt- 1 tsp
7.     Garlic ginger paste-1 ½   tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Coriander- 3  bundles
10.                        oil
Method:
  • Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder and chopped coriander to mutton kheema.
  • Mix it well with hands and keep for marination in fridge for 10- 15 hrs.
  • Now take a non- stick pan and pour some oil.
  • Give shape to kheema with hands and fry on lowest flame by covering pan.
  • After 10 mins turn the kabab and cook till it turns golden brown.
  • When kababs turn golden brown turn it once again and see to it that even this side turns golden brown.
  • Kabab is now ready serve with Butter Chutney and chapatti.
