Spinach Curry



Ingredients:
1.     Mutton kheema- 250 gm
2.     Spinach -10 bundles
3.    Badi Methi- 4
4.     Onion- 1
5.     Green chilies-8
6.     Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp
7.     Salt- ¾ tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
10.  Coriander- 1 cup
11.    Oil- 50 gm
Method:
  • Keep vessel on stove and pour oil.
  • Now fry slices of onion and green chilies till onion turns soft.
  • Now add mutton kheema, garlic ginger paste, salt (1/4 tsp), red chili powder, turmeric powder and fry till water of mutton dries.
  • Now add water and cook till mutton becomes tender.
  • Then add spinach, badi methi and salt (1/2) tsp and cover vessel. Let it be cooked on low flame.
  • Keep it stirring after every 10 mins. When water reduces add coriander. 
  • Cook till water completely dries.
  • Spinach Curry is ready.
