Kesar Milk





Ingredients:
1.     Milk- 1 ltr
2.     Sugar- 100 gm
3.     Saffron- 1 tsp
4.     Almonds- 50 gm
Method:
  • Soak almonds overnight and next day pull off its skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Grind saffron and make its powder.
  • Bring milk to boil and add saffron and sugar. And let it boil for 5 mins.
  • Put off the stove. And add almonds.
  • Serve it chilled.
