Kesar Milk
Ingredients:
1.
Milk- 1 ltr
2.
Sugar- 100 gm
3.
Saffron- 1 tsp
4.
Almonds- 50 gm
Method:
- Soak almonds overnight and next day pull off its skin and cut into small pieces.
- Grind saffron and make its powder.
- Bring milk to boil and add saffron and sugar. And let it boil for 5 mins.
- Put off the stove. And add almonds.
- Serve it chilled.
