Custard Milkshake


                                

Ingredients:
1.     Milk- 1 ltr
2.     Sugar- 200 gm
3.     Water- 300 ml
4.     Custard- 2 tsp
5.     Almonds- 50 gm
Method:
  • Soak almonds in water overnight.
  • Next day pull off its skin and cut into small pieces vertically.
  • Add sugar to water and bring it to boil. Sugar syrup is ready.
  • Dissolve custard in a half cup water.
  • Keep milk on stove and bring it to boil.
  • Add sugar syrup to the milk and also add dissolved custard and keep stirring at the same time.
  • Let this boil for 5 mins. Put off the stove.
  • Now add almonds to the custard milk.
  • Custard milkshake is ready.
  • Serve with ice cubes.
