Anannas ka Murabba



INGREDIENTS:
1.     Pineapple- (big) 1
2.     Sugar- 500 gm

METHOD:
  • Peel off skin  of pineapple and cut into small pieces.
  • Add 500 ml water to sugar and make its syrup.
  • Add sugar syrup to pineapple and cook until syrup turns as thick as honey.
  • Anannas ka Murabba is ready, refrigerate it and serve.
