Roat


                                
INGREDIENTS:
1.     Khowa-1 kg
2.     Sugar- 1 kg
3.     Maida- 500 gm
4.     Wheat Rava- 500 gm
5.     Ghee- 400 gm
6.     Almonds- 100 gm
7.     Pistachio- 100 gm
8.     Raisins- 100 gm

METHOD:
  • Cut almonds and pistachio into small pieces.
  • In an open faced  vessel  take maida, rava, ghee and mix well.
  • Now add sugar, khova , almonds, pistachio and raisins to this and mix well. Cover it with lid and leave it for 1 hr.
  • Now take small part of it and give it disk like shape.
  • Now bake it in oven.
  • Roat is ready to eat.
