Khare Seviyan


                             
Ingredients:
1.     Roasted Vermicelli- 500 gm
2.     Tomato- 2
3.     Onion-1
4.     Green chilies- 5
5.     Red chili powder- ½ tsp
6.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
7.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
8.     Salt- 1 tsp
9.     Dhanya zeera powder- 1  tsp
10. Shazira elaichi powder- 1 tsp
11.   Coriander - 2 bunches
12.   Mint-1 bunch
13.   Oil- 50 gm
Method:
  • Cut tomato in to small pieces and chop coriander and mint.
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry slices of onion and green chilies.
  • Then add garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry.
  • Then add coriander and mint and fry.
  • Now add tomato, water (1 ½  ltr), dhany zeera and shazira elaichi powder let this mixture to boil for
  • 5 mins.
  • Now add vermicelli and cook till it cooks.
  • Keep on lowest flame for 5 mins. Then put off the stove.
  • Vermicelli is ready. Serve with curd and boiled eggs.
