Ingredients:

Roasted Vermicelli- 500 gm

Tomato- 2

Onion-1
4.
Green chilies- 5
5.
Red chili powder- ½ tsp
6.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
7.
Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
8.
Salt- 1 tsp
9.
Dhanya zeera powder- 1 tsp
10. Shazira elaichi powder- 1 tsp
11.
Coriander - 2 bunches
12.
Mint-1 bunch

Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Cut tomato in to small pieces and chop coriander and mint.
- Pour oil in a vessel and fry slices of onion and green chilies.
- Then add garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry.
- Then add coriander and mint and fry.
- Now add tomato, water (1 ½ ltr), dhany zeera and shazira elaichi powder let this mixture to boil for
- 5 mins.
- Now add vermicelli and cook till it cooks.
- Keep on lowest flame for 5 mins. Then put off the stove.
- Vermicelli is ready. Serve with curd and boiled eggs.
