Khare Seviyan With Kheema
Ingredients:
1.
Roasted Vermicelli- 500 gm

Kheema- 500 gm
3.
Onion-1
4.
Green chilies- 5
5.
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
6.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
7.
Garlic ginger paste- 2 tsp
8.
Salt- 1 tsp
9.
Coriander -1 cup
10.
Mint-1 cup
11.
Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Pour oil in a vessel and fry slices onion and green chilies till onion turns soft.
- Now add kheema, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, salt ( ½ tsp) and fry till water of kheema dries.
- Now add water (250 ml), and cook till kheema becomes tender.
- On removing lid, stir.
- Now add 1 ½ ltr water, salt ( ½ tsp), coriander, mint and let water boil for 1 min then keep on sim for 15 mins.
- Now add vermicelli and cook on medium flame. when water dries, leave on lowest flame for 5- 10 mins. Put off the flame.
- Vermicelli with kheema is ready, serve with curd.
