Ingredients:

Tomato- 1 kg

Meat- 250 gm
3.
Onion- 2
4.
Green chilli- 10
5.
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
6.
Salt- 1 ½ tsp
7.
Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
8.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.
Methi leaves- 1 cup
10. Coriander- 2 bunches

Oil- 100 gm
Method:
- In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chilies till onion turns soft.
- Now add meat, salt (1 tsp), red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste and keep stirring till water of meat dries.
- Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
- on removing lid add tomato, salt(1/2 tsp), methi leaves, water and cook till the meat becomes completely tender.
- Now add coriander and cook till water dries.
- Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins keeping the lid partially uncovered.
- Put off the stove.
- Tomato with methi leaves is ready.
