Tomato With Methi Leaves


                                
Ingredients:
1.     Tomato- 1 kg
2.     Meat- 250 gm
3.     Onion- 2
4.     Green chilli- 10
5.     Red chili powder- 1 tsp
6.     Salt- 1 ½ tsp
7.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Methi leaves- 1 cup
10.  Coriander- 2 bunches
11.   Oil- 100 gm
Method:
  •   In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chilies till onion turns soft.
  •   Now add meat, salt (1 tsp), red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste and keep    stirring  till  water of meat dries.
  •   Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
  • on removing lid add tomato, salt(1/2 tsp), methi leaves,  water and cook till the meat becomes completely tender.
  •   Now add coriander and cook till water dries.
  •  Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins keeping the lid partially uncovered.
  •   Put off the stove.
  •  Tomato with methi leaves is ready.
