Ingredients:
- Sesame seeds- 50 gm
- Tamarind paste- 50 gm
- Green chillies- 6
- Coriander-1
- Mint leaves- few
- Garlic ginger paste- ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder- 2 pinch
- Salt- ¾ tsp
Ingredients For Bagar:
- Oil- 50 gm
- Zeera _ ½ tsp
- Rai- ¼ tsp
- Dried red chilies- 4
- Curry leaves- few
Method:
- Roast till (sesame seeds) and grind.
- Then add green chillies, coriander, mint and grind.
- Now add tamarind paste and grind.
- Take this in a bowl and add garlic ginger paste, salt, water(300 ml) and mix well and keep aside.
- This called khatta.
- In a vessel pour oil, when this heats add zeera and fry till this turns light brown.
- Now add rai, and fry.
- Then add dried red chillies, curry leaves and fry.
- Put off the stove and add turmeric powder.
- To this bagar add khatta which was kept aside.
- Till ka khatta is ready.
- Serve this with khichdi.
