Tamate Ka Shorba


                                                              
Ingredients:
1.     Tomato-1 kg
2.     Meat- 200 gm
3.     Potatoes- 500 gm
4.     Onion- 2
5.     Garlic & ginger paste- 2 tsp
6.     Salt-1 ½ tsp
7.     Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Coriander-2 bunches
10.   Green chillies- 8
11.    Oil- 100 gm

Method:
  • Keep vessel on stove pour oil and fry onion and green chillies till onion turns soft then add meat, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt (1 tsp)and fry till water of meat dries.
  • Then add a glass of water and cook until meat becomes half tender.
  • Then add tomato, a glass of water and cook until tomato becomes tender.
  • Now keep stirring till tomato dissolves.
  • Now add potato, 1 glass water and salt (1/2 tsp) and cook till potato becomes tender.
  • Then add 3 glass water, coriander and boil for 5 mins. And then set on lowest flame for 10 mins.
  • Put off the stove. Tamate ka Shorba is ready.
