Tala Hua Gosht With Sauces


                                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Red chili powder- 1 tsp
3.     Salt- 1 tsp
4.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
5.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
6.     Tomato sauce-2 tbs
7.     Soya sauce- 3 tbs
8.     Oil- 100 gm
9.     Green chilies- 10
10.  Coriander- 2
11.  Mint- few leaves
12. Curry leaves- few

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and add meat then add garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt, stir till water of meat dries.
  • Now add water and cook till meat becomes tender.
  • Now add coriander, mint, curry leaves, green chilies, soya sauce, tomato sauce and keep stirring till water dries and oil starts separating. Put off the stove.
  • Tala hua gosht with sauces is ready.
