Tala Hua Gosht With Onion


                                                
Ingrdients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Onion- 2
3.     Green chilies- 10
4.     Red chili powder- 1 tsp
5.     Salt- 1 tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
7.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.     Coriander- 2 bunches
9.     Mint leaves- a cup
10.  Oil- 100 gm

Mehtod:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry onion and green chilies till onion turns light golden.
  • Now  take the fried onion and green chilies out of the oil and keep aside.
  • Now to the oil add meat, salt, red chili powder, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder and stir till water of meat dries.
  • Now add water and cook till meat becomes tender.
  • Then add coriander, mint and the fried onion & green chilies and keep stirring till water dries and the spices start sticking to the bottom of vessel. Now put off the stove.
  • Tala Hua Gosht with Onion is ready.
