Tala Hua Gosht With Green Chili And Black Pepper


                                                

Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Green chili paste- 1 tsp
3.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
4.     Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
5.     Salt- 1 tsp
6.     Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
7.     Coriander- 2
8.     Mint- 1
9.     Lemon- ¼
10.   Shazira powder- ¼ tsp
11.   Elaichi powder- ¼ tsp
12.   Oil- 100 gm

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and add meat, green chili paste, garlic ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder and stir till water of meat dries.
  • Now add water and cook till meat becomes tender.
  • Now add black pepper powder, shazira elaichi powder, coriander, mint and lemon juice. Keep stirring till water dries and oil starts separating.
  • Tala Hua Gosht With Green Chili And Black Pepper is now ready.
