Ingredients

Dry apricot (Qubani)- 1 kg

Sugar- 700 gm

Malai or cream- 250 gm
Method:
- Soak qubani in water for 5 hrs.
- Now take off seeds (shells containing almonds) from it.
- Now take sugar in vessel and add the water in which qubani was soaked and make sugar syrup by boiling.
- Now add this sugar syrup to qubani and cook till it becomes thick. Put off the stove.
- Take the qubani seeds and break its shell to get the almond like fruit. Add this to the above qubani.
- Qubani ka meetha is ready. Serve it with malai or cream.
