Plain Kheema


                                                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Mutton Kheema- 250 gm
2.     Green chillies- 5
3.     Onion- 1
4.     Salt- ½ tsp
5.     Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
7.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.     Coriander- 1
9.     Oil- 50 ml

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry onion and green chillies till onion turns soft.
  • Now add kheema, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste and stir till water of kheema dries.
  • Then add water and cook till kheema turns tender.
  • Now add coriander and let the water dry.
  • Kheema is now ready. 
  • serve with chapati.
