Ingredients:

Daal masoor-200 gm

Tomato- 200 gm

Onion-1

Green chillies- 10

Red chilli powder- ½ tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Salt- 1 ½ tsp
8.
Garlic & ginger paste- 1 ½ tsp
9.
Coriander-2
10.
Lemon-1
Ingredients For Bagar:

Rai-1 tsp

Curry leaves- few
3.
Dried red chillies- 6

Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Wash daal and add 2 glass water ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste, green chilies and tomato. Cook this till daal becomes tender and then mash it.
- Add 1 ltr water to it and keep stirring at the same time so that no lumps are formed.
- Now add lemon juice, coriander and small pieces of onion. Boil this for 10 mins and keep aside.
- In a vessel pour oil and heat, then add rai and fry then add dried red chillies and curry leaves and fry. Put off the stove and mix the above daal mix to this.
- Masoor daal is ready.
