Kheema with Potato


                                                                

Ingredients:
1.     Mutton Kheema- 250 gm
2.     Potato- 200 gm
3.     Onion-1
4.     Green chillies- 5
5.     Salt- ½ tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
7.     Red chilli powder-1/2  tsp
8.     Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
9.     Oil- 50 gm
10.   Coriander- 1 bunch
11.    Methi leaves- ½ cup

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry onion and green chilies till onion turns soft.
  • Now add kheema, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir till water of kheema dries.
  • Now add potato (cut into pieces) and methi.
  • Now add water and cook till kheema becomes tender.
  • Now add coriander and cook till water dries.
  • Kheema with potato is ready.
  • serve with khichdi or chapati.
