Kheema with Matar


                                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Mutton Kheema- 250 gm
2.     matar- 200 gm
3.     Onion-1
4.     Green chillies- 5
5.     Salt- ½ tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
7.     Red chilli powder- ½   tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Oil- 50 gm
10.  Coriander- 1 bunch

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry matar. Take it off from oil and keep aside.
  • To the oil add onion and green chilies and fry till onion turns soft.
  • Now add kheema, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir till water of kheema dries.
  • Now add water and cook till kheema becomes tender.
  • Now add coriander and the fried matar and cook till water dries.
  • Matar kheema is ready.
