Lady Finger Curry



Ingredients:
1.     Lady finger –250 gm
2.     Onion- 2
3.     Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
4.     Salt- ½ tsp
5.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.     Turmeric powder- 1/8 tsp
7.     Coriander- 1
8.     Oil- 50 gm
Method:
  • First wash cut lady finger and cut into pieces.
  • Keep vessel on stove and pour oil.
  • Now add lady finger and salt (1/4 tsp) and fry till lady finger turns soft.
  • Drain oil from lady finger and keep aside.
  • To the same oil add onion and fry till it becomes soft. Now add garlic ginger paste, salt (1/4 tsp), turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry well.
  • Now add a glass of water and cook till onion becomes tender.
  • To this add the fried lady finger and coriander and cook till water dries.
  • Put off the flame. Curry is ready.
