Ingredients:

Lady finger –250 gm

Onion- 2

Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
4.
Salt- ½ tsp
5.
Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.
Turmeric powder- 1/8 tsp
7.
Coriander- 1

Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- First wash cut lady finger and cut into pieces.
- Keep vessel on stove and pour oil.
- Now add lady finger and salt (1/4 tsp) and fry till lady finger turns soft.
- Drain oil from lady finger and keep aside.
- To the same oil add onion and fry till it becomes soft. Now add garlic ginger paste, salt (1/4 tsp), turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry well.
- Now add a glass of water and cook till onion becomes tender.
- To this add the fried lady finger and coriander and cook till water dries.
- Put off the flame. Curry is ready.
