Green Beans With Black Pepper



Ingredients
1.     Green beans- 500 gm
2.     Meat- 200gm
3.     Green chillies paste- ½ tsp
4.     Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
5.     Salt- 1 tsp
6.     Onion-1
7.     Garlic & ginger paste- 1 tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Coriander- 2
10. Shazira  powder- ½ tsp
11.   Elaichi powder- ½  tsp
12.     Oil- 50 gm


Method
  • Wash beans and cut into pieces and keep aside.
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry onion till it becomes soft.
  • Now add meat, garlic ginger paste, salt (1/2 tsp), green chilli paste, turmeric powder and fry till water of meat dries.
  • Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
  • Now add beans, black pepper and shazira elaichi powder and salt (1/2 tsp).
  • Then add water and cook till green beans become tender.
  • Now add  coriander and stir till water dries. Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins.
  • Put off the stove. Green beans with black pepper curry is ready to serve.
