Fried Lady Finger


                                               
Ingredients:
1.     Lady finger- 250 gm
2.     Green chillies- 5
3.     Garlic ginger paste- ¼ tsp
4.     Salt- ¼ tsp
5.     Turmeric powder- 2 pinch
6.     Coriander- 1
7.     Oil- 50 gm
Method:
  • Wash lady finger and cut into pieces.
  • Wash green chillies and cut into pieces.
  • Keep vessel on stove and pour oil and fry green chillies till it turns light brown.
  • Now add garlic ginger paste and turmeric powder and fry.
  • Then add coriander and fry.
  • Now add lady finger and salt and stir well so that everything mixes well.
  • Set the lowest flame and cover the vessel.
  • After 5 mins remove lid and stir and cover it again.
  • Again after 5 mins stir and cover.
  • After 5 mins put off the stove.
  • Lady finger is now ready to serve.
