Fried Fish- 1


                                            

Ingredients:
1.     Fish- 1 kg
2.     Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
3.     Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
4.     Salt- 2 tsp
5.     Garlic ginger paste- 2  tsp
6.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
7.     Dhanya zeera powder- 2 tsp
8.     Oil

Method:
  • Wash fish very well.
  • Add green chilli paste, red chilli powder, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder and dhany zeera powder.
  • Mix this well with hands and keep for 2- 5 hrs for marination.
  • Now pour oil in a vessel and deep fry the fish.
  • Fried Fish is ready. Serve it with onion and lemon.
