Khagina


                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Eggs-4
2.     Onion- 3
3.     Green chillies-4
4.     Salt- ½ tsp
5.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.     Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
7.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.     Coriander-1 bunch
9.     Oil- 50 gm

Method:
  • In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chillies and fry till onion turns soft.
  • Now add garlic ginger paste, red chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Now add water (1 glass) and cook till onion turns tender.
  • Now stir well and add coriander and 1 cup water , if there is no water in vessel.
  • And add eggs one by one by breaking its shell.
  • Now cover lid and on cook on lowest flame for 15 mins  so that eggs cook well.
  • Remove the lid and see if water is left or not. If water is present see to it that water dries.
  • Kagina is ready.
