Ingredients:

Eggs-4

Onion- 3

Green chillies-4
4.
Salt- ½ tsp
5.
Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.
Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp
7.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.
Coriander-1 bunch
9.
Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chillies and fry till onion turns soft.
- Now add garlic ginger paste, red chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now add water (1 glass) and cook till onion turns tender.
- Now stir well and add coriander and 1 cup water , if there is no water in vessel.
- And add eggs one by one by breaking its shell.
- Now cover lid and on cook on lowest flame for 15 mins so that eggs cook well.
- Remove the lid and see if water is left or not. If water is present see to it that water dries.
- Kagina is ready.
