Dum Ka Gosht


                                                                

Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Almonds powder- 50 gm
3.     Malai / Cream- 200 gm
4.     Garlic ginger paste-2 tsp
5.     Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
6.     Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
7.     Salt- 1 tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Coriander-2 bunches
10.   Mint leaves- few
11.   Lemon- ¼
12.   Shazira powder- ½ tsp
13.  Elaichi powder- ½ tsp
14.  Oil- 100 gm
Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel. When oil heats and mutton, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, green chili paste, salt, turmeric powder and stir till water of mutton dries.
  • Now add almond powder, malai, shazira powder, elaichi powder and mix well.
  • Now add water and cook till meat turns tender.
  • Now add coriander, mint and lemon and stir till water dries and oil gets separated.
  •  Dum Ka Gosht is ready.
