Ingredients:

Moong daal- 200 gm

Onion-1
3.
Coriander-2
4.
Green chillies- 15
5.
Garlic & ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.
Salt- 1 tsp
7.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.
Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Wash daal and add 2 glass water to it and cook until daal becomes tender. Then mash it by adding salt. After mashing add water (1 ltr) to it and keep stirring at the same time so that no lumps are formed. Then leave it to boil for 5 mins and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in a vessel and fry green chillies and onion till onion turns golden. Add garlic & ginger paste, turmeric powder and fry. Then add coriander and fry. Now add the cooked daal to it and turn off the flame.
