Coconut Chutni



Ingredients:
  1. Coconut- 1
  2. Dalia split (phule chane ki daal)- 100 gm
  3. Green chillies- 8
  4. Coriander-2
  5. Salt- 1 tsp
Ingredients For Bagar:
  1. Oil- 50 gm
  2. Rai – 1 tsp
  3. Dried red chillies-8
  4. Curry leaves- few
Method
  • Cut coconut into small pieces.
  • Grind coconut and dalia split.
  • Now add green chillies, coriander, salt and water (1 glass) and grind.
  • Take this in a bowl.
  • Now in a pan take oil, when oil heats add rai and fry.
  • Then add red chillies and curry leaves and fry.
  • Put off the stove and pour this bagar in the above grinded mix.
  • Coconut chutni is ready.
