Ingredients:
- Coconut- 1
- Dalia split (phule chane ki daal)- 100 gm
- Green chillies- 8
- Coriander-2
- Salt- 1 tsp
Ingredients For Bagar:
- Oil- 50 gm
- Rai – 1 tsp
- Dried red chillies-8
- Curry leaves- few
Method
- Cut coconut into small pieces.
- Grind coconut and dalia split.
- Now add green chillies, coriander, salt and water (1 glass) and grind.
- Take this in a bowl.
- Now in a pan take oil, when oil heats add rai and fry.
- Then add red chillies and curry leaves and fry.
- Put off the stove and pour this bagar in the above grinded mix.
- Coconut chutni is ready.
