Chicken And Vegetable Soup


                                              
Ingredients:
1.     Chicken keema- 1 cup
2.     Green Beans- 1 cup
3.     Carrot- 1 cup
4.     Salt- 1 tsp
5.     Garlic & ginger paste- ½ tsp
6.     Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
7.     Turmeric paste - 1/4  tsp
8.     Coriander- 2 bunches
9.     Soya souce- 4 tbs
10.  Corn flour or rice powder- 2 tbs  
11.  Oil- 25 ml
Method:
  • In half cup water dissolve corn flour or rice powder and keep aside.
  • Keep vessel on stove and pour oil. Then add chicken , red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, garlic ginger paste and fry until the water of chicken dries. 
  • Then add 2 glass water, Green beans and carrot and cook until the chicken becomes tender.
  • Then add 1 ltr water, coriander and soya sauce and let this boil for 2 mins then leave on sim for 15 mins.
  • Then add the corn flour or rice powder paste. Leave it on lowest flame for 10 mins. Then turn off the flame.
  • Chicken and vegetable soup is ready. Serve Hot.
