Bottle Gourd With Methi Leaves
Ingredients:

Bottle gourd- 500 gm

Meat- 200 gm
3.
Onion- 1
4.
Green chillies-6
5.
Salt- 1tsp
6.
Garlic & ginger paste-1 tsp
7.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
9.
Methi leaves- 1 cup
10.
Coriander- 2
11.
Oil- 50 gm
Method:
- Peel skin of bottle gourd, remove its seeds and cut into small pieces.
- In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chillies until onion becomes soft.
- Now add meat, garlic & ginger paste, salt ( ½ tsp), turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry till water of meat dries.
- Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
- Now add bottle gourd, methi leaves and salt ( ½ tsp) and water and cook till gourd become tender.
- Now add coriander and stir till the water dries. Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins.
- Bottle gourd curry is ready.
