Aloo Methi


                                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 250 gm
2.     Potato- 250 gm
3.     Onion- 4
4.     Green chilies- 6
5.     Red chili powder- ½ tsp
6.     Salt- 1 tsp
7.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.     Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
9.     Methi leaves- 1 cup
10.  Coriander- 2
11.   Oil- 100 gm

Method:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry green chilies and onion, till onion turns soft.
  • Now add meat, salt (1/2 tsp), garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and stir till water of meat dries.
  • Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
  • Now add potatoes,  methi leaves, salt (1/2 tsp) and water, cook till potatoes become tender.
  • Now add coriander and cook till water dries. Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins.
  • Put off the stove.
  • Aloo methi is ready.
