Ingredients:

Mutton- 250 gm

Potato- 250 gm

Onion- 4

Green chilies- 6
5.
Red chili powder- ½ tsp
6.
Salt- 1 tsp
7.
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
8.
Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
9.
Methi leaves- 1 cup
10. Coriander- 2

Oil- 100 gm
Method:
- Pour oil in a vessel and fry green chilies and onion, till onion turns soft.
- Now add meat, salt (1/2 tsp), garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and stir till water of meat dries.
- Now add water and cook till meat becomes half tender.
- Now add potatoes, methi leaves, salt (1/2 tsp) and water, cook till potatoes become tender.
- Now add coriander and cook till water dries. Then keep on lowest flame for 5 mins.
- Put off the stove.
- Aloo methi is ready.
