Pasinde




Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Green chillies-10 (paste)
3.     Garlic & ginger paste- 2 tbs
4.     Salt- 1 tsp
5.     Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
6.     Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
7.     Shazira-elaichi powder- 1 tsp
8.     Cloves- 6
9.     Cinnamon- 2
10.  Curd- 200 gm
11.   Khash khash- 25 gm
12.    Almonds- 25 gm
13.   Mint- 1 cup
14.    Corriander- 2 cup
Method:
  • Roast khash khash.
  • Grind khash-khash and almonds seperately and add this to curd  and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and add meat, green chili paste, garlic- ginger paste,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Fry this until water of meat dries.
  • Then add curd mixture, cinnamon and mix. Now add shazira elaichi powder.
  • Now add water and cover lid and cook untill meat becomes tender.
  • After that add corriander, mint let the water dry and keep on sim for 10 mins.
  • Pasinde is ready.
  • Serve with Paratha.

  2. Its better we don't add fried onion in Pasinde. If you wish you may add.
    Its compulsory in Khorma.
