Paneer Masala





Ingredients:
1.     Paneer-200 gm
2.     Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
3.     Green chillies- 5 (paste)
4.     salt-1 tsp
5.     Garlic & ginger paste- 1 tsp
6.     Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
7.     Almonds powder- 50 gm
8.     khash-khash powder- 50 gm
9.     Cinnamon- 2 
10.  Badi elaichi- 2
11. Bay leaves- 2
12. Shazira Elaichi powder-1 tsp
13.  Oil-50 gm
14.  Malai / Cream- 100 gm
15. Yogurt -100 gm
16.  Corriander- 2
17.  Mint- 1
Method:
  •  Head oil in a vessel and fry bay leaves, badi elichi, cinnamon.
  • Then add green chilies, fry for 2 mins and then add garlic ginger paste, then add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix this well and add khash-khash powder, almond powder, malai, yogurt and shazira elaichi powder mix this well.
  • Add paneer and 400 ml water, cover with lid and cook. Add coriander, mint and let water dry. 
  • Paneer masala is ready to serve.
