Fried Chicken




Ingredients:
1.     Chicken – 1 kg
2.     Oil – 150 gm
3.     Green chilli – 1 tsp (paste)
4.     Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
5.     Garlic & ginger paste – 2 tsp
6.     Shazira powder- 1 tsp
7.      Elaichi powder – 1 tsp
8.     Turmeric power – ¼ tsp
9.     Salt – 2 tsp
10. Cinnamon – 4
11.  Soya sauce – 4 tbs
12.   Tomato sauce – 2 tbs
13.   Coriander – 2 bunches
14.  Mint – 1 bunch
Method:
  • Put vessel on stove and pour oil. When oil heats add chicken, turmeric, garlic & ginger , salt, red chilli and green chilli. Fry this until water in chicken dries. Then add water  (1/2 ltr) , shazira- elaichi, cinnamon, and cook this until chicken becomes tender.
  • Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce , coriander and mint fry this until the water completely dries and oil starts separating from the chicken.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Fried Chicken is now ready.
