Dum Ka Kheema




Ingredients:
1.     Kheema- 500 gm                                                       
2.     Salt-1 tsp
3.     Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
4.     Garlic & ginger paste- 1 tsp
5.     Oil -100 gm
6.     Lemon- ¼ tsp
7.     Almond powder- 25 gm
8.     Malai / Cream- 100 gm
9.     Shazira powder- ½ tsp
10. Elaichi powder- ½ tsp
11.  Corriander-2 bunches
Method:
  •  Heat oil in a vessel add Kheema, salt, red chilli, garlic ginger and turmeric powder and fry this untill all the ingredients mix together.
  • Add malai, almonds, shazira powder, elaichi powder to kheema and mix well.
  • Now add 300 ml water and cover lid till kheema becomes tender.
  • Then add corriander and lemon and cook untill water dries.
  • Dum ka kheema is ready.
