Deep Fried Chicken



Ingredients:
1.     Chicken – 1 kg
2.     Garlic & ginger paste- 2 tsp
3.     Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
4.     Red chill powder – 2 tsp
5.     Salt- 2 tsp
6.     Shazira powder- 1 tsp
7.     Elaichi powder- 1 tsp
8.     Cheese spread – 100 gm
9.     Coriander- 2
10.  Curry leaves- few
11. Corn flour- 4  tbs
12.  Oil 
Method:
  • In a vessel take chicken then add garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, shazira elaichi, cheese, coriander and curry leaves. Mix this well with hand.
  • And leave it for 12- 15 hrs in refrigerator for marinating.
  • Take chicken off the fridge and mix corn flour.
  • In  a pan head oil and deep  fry the chicken.
  • Chicken is now ready to eat. Serve with Butter Chutney.
