chikoo milkshake



Ingredients:(for 3 servings)
1.     Chikoo- 200 gm
2.     Milk - 500 ml
3.     Sugar - 2 tbs
4.     Ice
Method:
  • Peel off the skin of chikoo and remove its seeds.
  • Cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Now in a mixer grinder take pieces of chikoo, sugar and 200 ml milk and grind it until you get a fine paste. Now add 300 ml milk and grind once again.
  • Your milkshake is ready.
  • In a glass take ice cubes and pour milkshake.
