Aloo Ka Paratha


Ingredients:
1.     Potatoes- 500 gm
2.     Rai- ½ tsp
3.     Curry leaves- few
4.     Onion-2
5.     Turmeric powder- ¼  tsp
6.     Salt- ¾  tsp
7.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
8.     Green chillies- 10 (paste)
9.     Coriander-1
10.   Wheat flour
11.     Ghee 
Method:
  • Boil potatoes to make them tender and when they cools peep off their skin and mash them.
  • Make slices of onion.
  •  In a vessel pour oil and add rai and fry. When rai is cooked put put off the flame and add curry leaves. And cover the container at once.
  •  After 5 mins put on the flame and add onion till it turns soft then add turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste, salt and green chillies and fry. Then add coriander and fry. Set the lowest flame and add the mashed potatoes and mix it well and put off the stove.
  • Now make dough.  Spread some dough put some potato filling cover it completely with the same dough and make its paratha using ghee.
  • Your aloo parathas are ready. Serve with Butter Chutney.
