Chanch (Butter Milk)




Ingredients:   (for 2 servings)
  1. Curd- 500 gm
  2. Salt- ½ tsp
  3. Green chilli- 1
  4. Garlic & ginger paste- less than ¼ tsp
  5. Coriander- few leaves
  6. Mint – few leaves
Method:


  • In a mixer grinder take curd, salt, green chilli, garlic ginger, coriander and mint and grind it well.
  • Serve it chilled.


Lassi




Ingrdients: (for 2 servings)
  1. Curd- 500 gm
  2. Sugar- 3 tbs
  3. Malai or Rabdi- 4 tbs
  4. Ice cubes
Method:
  • In a mixer grinder take curd, sugar and grind till all these mix together.
  • Your lassi is ready.
  • In a glass take 2 tbs malai or rabdi and pour lassi. 
  • Serve it chilled.
  • You may also add any flavor to it.



Muskmelon Milkshake




Ingredients:   (For 3 Servings)
1.     Muskmelon- 500 gm
2.     Sugar- 4 tbs
3.     Milk- 500 ml
4.     Ice cubes
Method:
  • Peel off the skin of muskmelon and remove seeds.
  • Now in a mixer grinder take muskmelon, sugar and 200 ml milk and grind to get a fine paste. Now add 300 ml milk and grind once again.
  • Serve it with ice cubes.


Apple Milkshake





Ingredients:  (2 Servings)
1.     Apple- 1
2.     Sugar- 3 tsp
3.     Milk- 300 ml
4.     Ice
Method:
  •    Cut apple into pieces and remove seeds.
  •   In a grinder take apple, sugar and 100 ml milk and grind to get a fine paste.
  •    Now add 200 ml milk and grind.
  •      Serve it with ice.
