Tala Hua Gosht


                                                
Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 Gm
2.     Salt- 1 Tsp
3.     Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tsp
4.     Garlic Ginger Paste- 1 Tsp
5.     Turmeric Powder- ¼ Tsp
6.     Oil- 100 Gm

Method:
  • Put Vessel On Stove, Pour Oil And Heat.
  • Now Add Meat , Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Ginger Paste And Stir Till Water Of Meat Dries.
  • Now Add Water And Cook Till Meat Becomes Tender.
  • After Removing Lid Stir Till Water Completely Dries And Oil Starts Separating.
  • Tala hua Gosht is now ready.
